Boobs on the Run is a women's only running group. Our main aim is to get women moving, and keep them moving combining this with raising money and awareness for local and national cancer charities.
FOR THE COMPLETE BEGINNER - GET RUNNING
Our Get Running course is for the complete beginner, or for those that have lost their mojo. The 10 week course will get you running (at talking pace) from nothing to 30 minutes continuously).
FOR OUR INTERMEDIATES - STAY RUNNING
If you can already run for 30 minutes and want to learn technique to help improve your running journey, then this is the course for you.
FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO GET FASTER AND STRONGER - KEEP RUNNING
For those who already have the skill set to move forward with their running journey, our Running group meets every week and is alternate weeks of skills and drills and running. Running plans are also available for events across Sydney. Subscriptions are 6 months and 12 months.
