Experiencing Loss - no matter how seemingly small - can bring major feelings of grief. For example, loss of work opportunities, loss of not having family around, loss of expectations and dreams, these can all impact on our sense of coping. Small losses, large losses - not to mention major life losses through illness and death – are major life events and often we can’t talk through our feelings with our partners or friends.

Sally Jeffrey is a Loss and Grief Counsellor with twenty years experience of helping families and individuals through their loss and grief. She is trained in palliative care, aged care and in relationship counselling in families and children. Her work is empathic and calm as she helps to listen to pain and suffering.

She sees people in her home in Rozelle in the evenings, day time or weekend afternoons.
