These 3 hour weekly sessions combine education and exercise and provide a taste test of Mood Active's wide range of casual classes, including circuit, yoga, cardio tennis, barre and boxercise.
This program is designed for adults 18-65 who wants to build an exercise routine and improve their mental health through exercise.
Camperdown program starts 21 May 9.30-12.30pm and runs for 4 weeks.
