Family Fun at the Cabramatta Moon Festival

There will be something for everyone in the family at the 20th annual Cabramatta Moon Festival on Sunday 23 September.

To celebrate the festival’s 20th anniversary, there will be 20 amusement rides on offer – the biggest selection ever. There will be family rides, thrill rides and carnival games, including an exciting T-Rex ride.


There will be paddleboats and a Pixar Cars ride from 11 am–7.30 pm and ‘giant’ games from 3.30 pm–7.30 pm – including a huge version of Connect 4, and a PJ Masks inflatable.

In Dutton Plaza, there will be free Lego and origami workshops from 11 am–7.30 pm, and free face painting from 10 am–3 pm.

In Cook Square, don’t miss the Kookies N Kream hip hop routine and workshop from 12 pm–1 pm; the Kids Full Moon Disco from 2 pm–5 pm; and the interactive youth area, featuring LED hula hoops, DJ and giant yard games, from 5 pm–8 pm.

The major highlight for the kids will be the PJ Masks Show at 12.30 pm–2.30 pm at the Blue Star Air Conditioning Stage. Children can also meet their heroes Catboy, Owlette and Gekko at 1.30 pm at the PJ Masks Headquarters, which will also have colouring-in activities from 1 pm–6 pm.

Vietnamese pop princess Minh Tuyet will wow the crowds on the main stage in a performance that is sure to please the whole family.
