Job Type: Part Time

We are a midsize construction company who is looking for someone to join our office team located in Annandale. This role is ideal for somebody looking to work 2 or 3 days a week during school hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week.

The role will include but not limited to:

·         Reception duties

·         Reconciling accounts

·         Processing payments

·         Data entry

·         Payroll

·         Filing and archiving

·         Email and phone correspondence

 To be a successful candidate you will need:

·         Administration experience

·         MYOB experience is preferred

·         Excellent organisation skills

·         Proactive mindset

·         Great communication (written and verbal)

·         Positive approach to work

·         Experience in the construction or trade industry is a bonus
