Who are we looking for?

Having quickly established ourselves as leading providers of specialist recruitment and executive coaching services within the legal sector, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager/ Administrator to provide critical support to the business during the next stage of its growth and further in to the future.

This newly created role with see you immersed within all areas of the Henley Reid business.  Key focuses of the role will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the MD and other members of staff
  • Database optimisation, management and training
  • Managing finance processes such as invoicing and basic accounting support
  • Preparing marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Managing logistics around candidate and client support
  • Communication with law firm and corporate clients as well as legal professionals
  • Planning client and candidate events
  • Managing Henley Reid and the MD’s Linkedin business profiles
  • Other general support, office management and ad hoc projects

This role would suit someone with demonstrated office management and administration experience gained within a corporate environment. Ideally this would be from a legal and/or recruitment related business or someone with strong office management/administrative background and ideally marketing skills. You will have strong organisational, communication, database management and prioritisation skills combined with attention to detail.  You will be keen to work in an exciting and growing business working closely with the Founder/MD.  Prior exposure to recruitment would be highly regarded.

  • Part time hours – 3 or 4 days per week. Would suit ‘school hours’ of 9:30 – 2:30pm.
