Who are we looking for?
Having quickly established ourselves as leading providers of specialist recruitment and executive coaching services within the legal sector, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager/ Administrator to provide critical support to the business during the next stage of its growth and further in to the future.
This newly created role with see you immersed within all areas of the Henley Reid business. Key focuses of the role will include:
This role would suit someone with demonstrated office management and administration experience gained within a corporate environment. Ideally this would be from a legal and/or recruitment related business or someone with strong office management/administrative background and ideally marketing skills. You will have strong organisational, communication, database management and prioritisation skills combined with attention to detail. You will be keen to work in an exciting and growing business working closely with the Founder/MD. Prior exposure to recruitment would be highly regarded.
