About the Roll

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist/Office All- rounder to join our business 2-3 days a week (Monday & Friday required as permanent).

Hours can be flexible, perfect for parents wanting a bit of flexibility with hours!  Attractive hourly rate.

Start Date required 15th January 2019

Job tasks and responsibilities   

Assisting with general requests and providing various administrative assistance to the team as required. Your responsibilities will include,
·         Answer and direct all incoming calls
·         Answering stock enquiries and assisting customers with various phone enquiries.
Greeting customers and support Sales Manager in showroom when needed.
·         Managing Orders and Email systems
·         Assist with Invoicing and Dispatch of stock

Skills and experience

·         Must have great attention to detail
·         Computer literate with some basic excel knowledge
·         Excellent telephone manner and customer service
·         Ability to work within a busy work environment and multitask
