About the role
Our little gem of a marketing agency is going through some rapid growth and we are looking for someone to join our team to help keep it ticking along like a dream. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend.
We are after someone who has experience with Facebook Ads Management, and Google Ads Management is a bonus. If you know your pixels from your ROAS. And most importantly, if you are performance metrics focused, and your number one goal is to deliver for the client, we'd love to speak to you.
The team work flexibly, and this role is no different. You have the choice to work school hours 5 days a week or alternatively a 4-day week may suit you better. Our base is in Balmain and we love to come together when we can, however you are free to work from a place that suits you from time to time.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategy, execution and management of Facebook Ads within Ads Manager across Service and eCommerce clients
Test, monitor and optimise against performance metrics set
Provide asset development guidance to the client
Ad copy writing (for certain clients)
Curation of monthly reports and commentary for clients twice a month
Participation in monthly client strategy meetings
Management of your time in line with the client’s retainer agreement
Keep our communications tool Basecamp, always updated as well as assets and other documentation file appropriately within client Dropbox
Ad-hoc and ongoing professional communications and timely responses with the client
Adherence to the approval processes
Skills and experience:
Strong background in digital marketing and campaign management and ability to demonstrate this is essential.
Understanding at an experienced level of Facebook Advertising including the Facebook Pixel and Custom Audience
Understanding at a base level of product data feeds.
A base level of Google Ads and Shopping is advantageous
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Understanding at an intermediate level of best practice digital tools, including plugins and applications that contribute to the ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple tasks, and adhere to time pressures and deadlines
Attention to detail, both for work output to clients, but also during internal review process prior to work being released to clients
