Who we are looking for
The Administrator is responsible for undertaking general and project administrative business duties in an efficient, effective and timely manner. The ideal candidate would be passionate and enthusiastic about streamlining processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies, and general office processes.
Create and schedule plumbing jobs in our job management system, SimPro
Perform accounting tasks; including invoicing, payroll, paying suppliers and budget tracking
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, making customer phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Assist with management of larger jobs and business improvement projects
Your Skills & Experience
Cert IV in Business & Administration orexperience in an administration role
Proficiency in Microsoft suite and G-Suite
Commitment to excellence in customer service
Proven ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as cohesively within a small business environment
