I'm an energetic Irish mum of 2 and I founded Titian Consulting in 2013. The business provides virtual CFO (chief financial officer) services to small and emerging businesses. It now has over 20 clients, which require different levels of service during the month.
I am looking for a Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for assisting and supporting me in managing the clients Xero’s files. The role is newly created and will suit someone who is able to work with great autonomy and likes problem solving.
Duties and responsibilities include:
month end reconciliations;
accounts payable and receiveables review and
Required experience includes:
advanced knowledge and experience with Xero;
at least 3 years in a bookkeeping/finance role;
advanced Excel skills and
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Starting at approx. 4 hours per week, this new role has great potential to develop into something bigger as the business grows. Hours are flexible and may suit someone with young children.
