You would be assisting a team in providing professional accounting, tax and advisory services to SME clients. Someone with:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Very strong Excel and Word skills
Excellent attention to detail
Passion for technology and customer service
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Your duties include:
Answering incoming telephone calls and client enquiries
Greeting clients and preparing refreshments
Preparing meeting rooms for client meetings, webinars and online meetings
Assisting with the day-to-day administration functions of the practice including photocopying, scanning, preparation of mail (incoming, outgoing and other deliveries), banking, invoicing, filing and processing ATO Correspondence, forwarding completed work to clients etc
Keeping a safe and clean Kitchen and Staff Training area, and restocking staff amenities
Contribution to improvements in administrative systems
