Opportunity for a bright and switched-on Social/Digital Marketing Manager with at least 3 years experience working in a similar role.

We are a small team that has been managing training, coaching and events for more than 22 years and are considered one of the main leaders in real estate training, coaching and events throughout Australia and New Zealand.
We need a marketing SUPER STAR with a degree in communications, journalism or marketing or equivalent experience in this field.
A strong background in social engagement and an understanding of a/b testing and how to use data to achieve results. PLUS
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the coaching and events market.
- Solid understanding of online marketing technologies - PPC, SEO, social media marketing platforms.
- Competent in Google Drive Apps, Video & Audio Editing, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
- Google Ads Expert - PPC advertising is a core component of digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
- Copywriting capabilities
